Hi Lisa, I have really been getting into promoting traditional foods and organic, chemical-free meats. Would love to talk to you, as I want to learn more about the lacto-fermentation process.

Well that's too bad about the book group. Maybe we could get the word out through ASAP, organic growers school or transition Asheville. I figured we have to meet in Asheville! I'm going to be losing my job in Sylva due to funding cutbacks, so I'm planning on moving to Asheville when that happens.

That class is actually full. As the class description says you need to RSVP on the REI Asheville website. I just use Meetup as another way to let people know about the classes going on at REI. Did you register for the bike maintenance class tomorrow evening on REI Asheville's website too?

Lisa, yes we will still have the bike maintenance class on November 15. Although there are currently 3 people signed up for the class including the two of you. Besides, we still have over a week and half so more people may sign up. Thanks!
